This website is operated under the Bambi's Hats brand, with CatWearThat used as an associated brand name. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating this store.

Product names, prices, photos, descriptions, and availability are loaded directly from our Shopify store, which is our source of truth. We work hard to keep that information accurate, but errors can occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, product description, image, and availability errors at any time, and to change, limit, or discontinue products without notice.

Photographs are intended to represent products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary depending on your screen and device. Small variations in finished items can occur and are not defects.

The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees shown before you pay.

All payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and its payment processors. Your full payment card details are handled by those services, not by this website.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill, or other genuine operational reasons. If we cancel an order (or part of one) that has been paid for, the payment for the unfulfilled items will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing.

Shipping methods, rates, delivery estimates, and any free-shipping offers are configured in our store and shown at checkout. Our current shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control can occur. If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase, or within any timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, revised delivery information, cancellation option, and refund required by law. We will always help you investigate a lost or delayed package.

You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us and we will do what we reasonably can to help.

We are responsible for fulfilling and shipping your order in accordance with applicable law. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly and we will work with you and the carrier to investigate.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is part of these terms. Please read it before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@catwearthat.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Our hats are fashion accessories for cats. They are not safety equipment and not protective equipment, and they provide no certified protective function of any kind.

Always supervise your cat while they are wearing a hat. Never leave a hat on an unattended animal. Never use the hat or its chin strap to restrain, tether, tie out, or lift your cat.

Adjust the chin strap so it is secure but comfortable — as a guide, you should be able to fit a finger between the strap and your cat. Remove the hat immediately if your cat shows any sign of distress, discomfort, irritation, or overheating.

Every cat is different, and some cats do not enjoy wearing accessories. You are responsible for deciding whether this product is appropriate for your individual cat and for supervising all use. We make no medical, veterinary, or safety guarantees, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice.

Keep hats and any small parts away from young children.

If you submit a product review, you confirm that it reflects your own genuine experience with the product. We do not create fake reviews, and we do not require reviews to be positive.

Reviews are moderated before publication. We do not remove genuine reviews merely because they are negative. We may decline or remove a review only for legitimate moderation reasons, such as fraud, spam, unlawful content, harassment, or content unrelated to the product.

We never edit a review in a way that changes its substantive meaning. If a review is ever incentivized, any required disclosure will be made in line with applicable consumer-protection rules, including FTC guidance on reviews and endorsements, and any incentive will never be conditioned on the review being positive or negative.
