CatWearThat is the store brand, with Bambi's Hats as its cat-hat collection. Orders, checkout, and payment processing are handled through our store on Shopify. You can reach us at support@catwearthat.com.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed for that purpose — such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Reviews you submit may include your name, email address, review content and an optional photo. Reviews are checked before publication. Reviewer email addresses are never shown publicly. Reviews are stored in our Lovable Cloud database and optional photos in its private storage. Review photos are only shown through temporary links once the review is approved.

Payment card details are entered into Shopify's secure checkout and processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not see or store your full card details.

Campaign attribution and Shopify customer-event integrations are distinct. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source), those tags are kept in your browser for the current visit and added to your Shopify cart so the order shows how you found us. These tags do not establish that a purchase was tracked by an advertising service. Shopify has customer-event integrations for advertising and store apps, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft, EComposer and Judge.me, as well as legacy Yoinkin-labelled pixels. These are configured in Shopify; end-to-end purchase attribution from this custom storefront to checkout has not been verified. Where active, these integrations may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and advertising, subject to applicable privacy choices. Checkout features are provided by Shopify, which also uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, keep your cart working, process payments, and protect against fraud. We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and returns
• Respond to questions and support requests
• Publish and moderate genuine product reviews
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Email use: we only use the email address you give us to respond to your messages and to send transactional emails about your order, such as order and shipping confirmations. We do not send marketing emails from this website. If you opted in to marketing at checkout, those preferences are managed by Shopify and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store — principally Shopify (store hosting, checkout, and payment processing), Lovable Cloud (review database and private photo storage), configured marketing and store-app providers where active, and shipping carriers (to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal information.

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Support emails and review submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain review quality, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email support@catwearthat.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This store is not directed at children and is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
