Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns may be requested within 14 days of your delivery date. If your return is approved, the approval email tells you how and by when to send the hat back.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and pet-safety reasons, hats that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Gift cards, personalized or custom items, and digital products are not returnable.

Email support@catwearthat.com with your order number, the name on the order, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake — for example a wrong item, a defective item, or a missing item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Instead of a refund, you can choose an exchange or store credit for something else — just tell us when you start your return and we'll sort it out together.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@catwearthat.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or a refund. These issues are always on us, not you.

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as they have not shipped. After an order has shipped, it follows our normal return process above.
