Frequently asked questions

Each hat page shows the sizing from its Shopify listing (11″ circumference and 6″ wide). We haven't published a tested size range, so measure gently around your cat's head and compare. If you're unsure, email us your measurement before ordering. See How it fits.

The hats have openings for the ears and an adjustable cord chin strap. Adjust the strap so it stays in place without feeling tight.

Only let your cat wear the hat while supervised, and never leave them alone in it. Take it off straight away if your cat seems uncomfortable or stressed, or tries to remove it.

Processing and transit are separate. A processing-time estimate has not been confirmed. US standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch. International options and rates are calculated at checkout. See the Shipping Policy.

US orders qualify for free shipping at a $25 subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Below $25, US standard shipping is $4.95. International shipping is calculated at checkout; the US free-shipping offer does not apply internationally. Final options are shown before you pay.

No — choose one offer per order: CAT3HALF (buy 1 hat, get the second 50% off) or CAT3FREE (buy 2 hats, get the third free). Shopify confirms whether a code applies to your cart.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Hats must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, so try the fit briefly and gently, and keep the packaging. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
