Chapter 01, April 2025
Where It All Began
We found Bambi in a bush when he was only three weeks old. He wasn’t looking good at all, but that day became the beginning of his story with us.
Bambi’s Story
Ten little chapters, from a three week old kitten in a bush to the cat behind every hat.
The cat behind the hats
Meet Bambi.
Before the hats, there was just Bambi.
Bambi’s Hats started with Bambi, a cat who has always been a little different. From the beginning, he became part of every adventure, every photo, and eventually, every hat.
Chapter 02, April 2025
Brought Home and Named Bambi
That same month, we brought him home and named him Bambi. With plenty of milk and care, he perked up quickly and became one very happy little kitten.
Chapter 03, May 2025
A Happy, Healthy Kitten
By the next month, Bambi was eating great and growing fast. He was healthy, round, and so well fed that he looked a little like a balloon.
Chapter 04, Late 2025
Growing Up With Us
Bambi grew up right alongside us. He became an amazing, super energetic cat who loved to play, then curl up and sleep when the excitement was over.
Chapter 05, Late 2025
Too Goofy Not to Share
Bambi was wonderfully goofy, and his personality kept us laughing. We knew it was time to start a social media account and share him with the world.
Chapter 06, Christmas 2025
His First Christmas
For Bambi’s first Christmas, he dressed up with the family. That was when we realized he genuinely loved clothes and didn’t mind wearing all kinds of looks.
Chapter 07, June 2026
The First Hat
In June 2026, Bambi wore a hat for the first time and loved it. It kept the sun out of his eyes while he was outside, and he got to show everyone that he was a cat wearing a hat.
Chapter 08, 2026
The Start of CatWearThat
As Bambi’s social media began to grow, we wanted to share what he loved with more cats. That is where CatWearThat began: a custom brand inspired by Bambi and made for hats of his own.
Chapter 09, 2026
Enter Gobo
Bambi ended up getting a brother: Gobo. They became the best brothers anyone could dream of, sharing treats, playing, fighting, running, all of it. They simply love each other too much.
Chapter 10, Today
Today, and What Comes Next
Today, Bambi started all of this and Gobo is right there supporting him, doing what he can for his brother. They are inseparable and will be unstoppable. More to come, so stay posted!
Every hat has a story.
Ours started with Bambi.
