How to measure your cat

1. Use a soft tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler).
2. Measure gently around your cat’s head where you expect the hat to sit.
3. Compare your measurement with the listed circumference.

The chin strap is adjustable. Every cat is different, so check the fit before each wear.

• Use only for short, supervised wear. Remove the hat if your cat seems uncomfortable, distressed, or tries to remove it; never leave them unattended.
• Check that the chin strap is comfortably adjusted. Do not use a damaged hat.
• Hand wash or spot clean with cool water. Do not bleach or machine dry; reshape if needed and air dry. Keep clean and dry between uses.

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Hats must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item is incorrect, defective, or missing.

Email support@catwearthat.com with your order number, name, reason, and photos when applicable. Wait for approval and emailed return instructions, including the return deadline. After receipt and inspection, choose a refund to your original payment method, exchange, or store credit.
